Chakras are swirling vortexes of energy located within each of us. Visualizing chakra colors during mediation, using crystals associated with the chakras, practicing focused yoga asanas, and eating certain foods are just some of the ways you can tap into this energy. Instead of relying on external forces to bring peace and harmony to our lives, we can turn to our own chakra centers and the colors, sounds, and scents that surround us.


Crown

The seventh chakra, the crown (Sahasrara), is associated with awakening our spirituality. This chakra is our highest energy center and brings inner wisdom and spiritual growth. A balanced seventh chakra connects us to the highest state of enlightenment and cosmic consciousness. Learn more.

Throat
